Meeting preparation
Bring together calendar entries, notes and authorised sales information in a briefing the employee receives before a meeting.
OpenClaw is an AI assistant you can run on your own infrastructure and access through channels such as Telegram or Slack. Navel configures it for your employees, connects the agreed tools and sets up company management.
The employee asks
From Slack: prepare a briefing for my next meeting.
OpenClaw gathers and prepares
It checks the calendar and authorised customer information, then returns a briefing to the work channel. Sending a follow-up remains subject to the agreed approval process.
The company decides
We configure the gateway, workspaces and access around your team. Conversation separation is paired with controls over tools and execution; we review both before connecting real data.
We choose the technology around each employee's tasks, channels and context. Explore what Navel's implementation service includes for each agent.

Cost depends on agents, channels, integrations and deployment environment. The proposal separates setup from hosting, model usage and maintenance. Before expanding across the company, we propose a pilot with a defined set of users and tasks.
Yes, it can run on your own infrastructure. We review resources, connectivity, remote access and maintenance. If it uses an external model or tool, the required requests may leave the server; self-hosting does not automatically make all processing local.
We can configure agents with separate workspaces, instructions and sessions. The design must also address tool permissions and execution isolation: separating conversations alone does not separate every form of access.
OpenClaw offers messaging integrations including Telegram and Slack. We select and test the project's channels according to each platform's accounts, permissions and conditions.

We assess the APIs and tools available for each system. We can prepare authorised queries and actions, defining what runs directly and what needs approval. Some connections require additional development.
Tell us which employees will use it, their preferred channel and the tools they need to connect. We will prepare an implementation and management proposal.
